Launch draft. Replace with attorney-reviewed policy before public production launch.
We collect account details, role, contact information, job posts, images, video links, bids, messages, call activity records, reviews, reports, notification preferences, credit transactions, and security/audit activity.
We use this information to operate the marketplace, show jobs to contractors, calculate bid fees, process bids, support messaging and calls, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, moderate reviews, and improve safety.
Customer and contractor phone/email details should remain protected until the customer accepts, chooses to share, or the platform enables contact. Messages and call logs may be retained for safety, dispute, and abuse prevention.
Uploaded images may be compressed and stored for job posts, portfolio galleries, and review context. Users should not upload private, unsafe, or third-party content they do not have permission to share.
We may store IP-derived rate-limit records, audit logs, block records, failed attempts, and moderation records to reduce spam, botting, harassment, and fraud.
Production deployments may use hosting, email, payment, storage, analytics, or communications providers. Those providers should only receive data needed to perform their service.
Users can update notification preferences, request password reset, block users, and contact support for account or privacy requests.
