Launch draft. Have counsel review before public production launch.
BidHandyman helps customers post local service requests and helps independent contractors submit bids. The platform does not perform the work, employ contractors, guarantee job quality, or guarantee that a customer will hire a contractor.
Customers must post accurate job details, lawful photos/video links, budget expectations when available, and safe contact behavior. Customers choose which contractor to message, shortlist, accept, or reject.
Contractors are responsible for their licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, communication, work quality, taxes, and compliance with local laws. Contractors must not misrepresent experience, reviews, credentials, or portfolio images.
Customers can post for free unless a paid assist feature is selected. Contractors may be charged credits to bid based on job value, category, or platform rules shown before submission. Credit and refund rules are described in the Refund / Credit Policy.
Phone and email details should stay inside the platform until a customer accepts, chooses to share contact details, or the platform enables protected contact. Users may block or report abusive communication.
Users may upload job photos, portfolio photos, and review content only when they have the right to share it. The platform may remove unsafe, illegal, misleading, spam, or abusive content.
BidHandyman may suspend accounts, hide reviews, remove jobs, block messages/calls, reverse credits, or restrict access when users abuse the marketplace, spam, attempt fraud, bypass fees, or violate these terms.
BidHandyman is not an emergency service. Users should contact emergency services or licensed emergency contractors when safety, gas, electrical, structural, or urgent health issues are involved.
